Centrex
Centrex was seeking 13 permanent Lay Advisory Panel Members to join its Race and Diversity Unit.The success of the panel hinges greatly on selecting individuals with the right mix of experience, background and expertise. The appointees had to have a wealth of knowledge in race and diversity issues and be from all walks of life.

Court Boards
In order to create a unified administration for all the courts in England and Wales, the Department for Constitutional Affairs (DCA) are establishing 42 community focussed Court Boards across England and Wales to allow magistrates and local people to contribute their
The DCA needed to recruit six people to each of the 42 Court Boards, including two Magistrates, two people with knowledge and experience of the courts and two individuals who represented the local community.

HBOS
HBOS Retail needed to tackle the levels of attrition within its contact centres. As part of a number of measures, the group decided to review its recruitment strategy. The company needed to recruit large volumes of people for its retail contact centres across nine locations, and instigate assessment processes which would support a drive to reducing staff attrition.
